1. Overview
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, KNYCOS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) has a strict no-refund policy for completed and shipped orders. All sales of custom cosmetic packaging and products are final once production has commenced. This policy is in place because each item is manufactured specifically to your brand’s unique specifications (including logo, color, formula, and design) and cannot be resold to another customer.
2. Order Cancellation
- You may request to cancel your order without penalty only before production has officially started on your project. Once materials have been sourced or manufacturing lines have been set up for your custom order, cancellation fees will apply to cover incurred costs.
- To inquire about cancellation, you must contact us immediately via email at [email protected] or through your dedicated project manager.
3. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
- We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive goods that are materially defective or do not conform to the mutually agreed-upon specifications (as outlined in the final Purchase Order and approved pre-production samples), you must notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt of the shipment.
- Please provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or non-conformity.
- Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion, either: (1) replace the defective/non-conforming units at no cost, or (2) issue a credit for the defective portion of the order towards a future purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
4. Sample Orders
Payment for physical samples is non-refundable, as samples are produced to your custom specifications.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, embargoes, strikes, material shortages, or government regulations.
