Q: Do you provide samples? How much do they cost?
A: Yes. We provide paid samples to match your exact custom specifications. The sample cost covers material and setup. This fee is often credited back against your first bulk order.
Payment & Shipping
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Standard terms are 50% deposit to start production, with the 50% balance due before shipment. We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, and Trade Assurance.
Q: How long does production and shipping take?
A: After sample approval, production typically takes 25-40 days, depending on order size and complexity. Shipping time varies by method (Express: 3-7 days; Sea Freight: 20-40 days).
Quality & Compliance
Q: Are your products certified?
A: Yes. Our facility is GMP-certified, and we provide MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for our products. We can manufacture to meet various market standards (e.g., FDA guidelines, vegan, cruelty-free).
