1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the KNYCOS website (https://knycos.com) and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Custom Manufacturing Services (OEM/ODM)
- Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date and are subject to change based on raw material cost fluctuations.
- Orders: A formal Purchase Order (PO) must be issued and a deposit (typically 30%-50%) must be received before production commences. The balance is due before shipment.
- Customization & Approval: You are responsible for providing final, correct, and print-ready design files. You must approve the pre-production (“golden”) sample before mass production begins. Production based on your approved sample constitutes final acceptance of the product specifications.
- Intellectual Property: You warrant that any designs, logos, or specifications you provide do not infringe on any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your brand IP. We retain ownership of our proprietary manufacturing processes and know-how.
3. Website Use & Intellectual Property
- All content on this site (logos, text, images, designs) is the property of KNYCOS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our site content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNYCOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for those specific products.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KNYCOS from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People‘s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
